WHAT YOU'LL GET:
➡Two 90-minute Recorded Zoom Calls with an Operations Consultant
➡A customized plan, based on our prioritization of projects within the 7 Strategic Objectives, broken down by quarter
➡A general outline of your next moves, aka targeted tasks, for each project you want to accomplish throughout the next three months
➡A personalized Trello board with your plan, so you can take it back to your team and use it as is, or upload it to your PM tool of choice
➡A Mission, Vision, and Values workbook to guide the WHY behind your business that will act as an anchor for our time together
HERE'S WHAT WE'LL COVER:
➡Review or refine your Mission, Vision, and Values (based on the workbook you'll receive prior to our call) so I can get a pulse on what's important to you and your business.
➡Discuss, in depth, each of the 7 strategic objectives and what you want to accomplish in each of these areas over the next 6-12 months
➡Rank the strategic objectives to find out what is most important to your business right now to move the needle forward
➡Identify the list of your high priority projects needed so you can accomplish your goals and stay aligned with your vision
➡Discuss any homework from call 1 or reflections that came up for you in between calls
➡Evaluate the prioritized projects and organize them into a quarterly plan
➡Break the projects down into your next three months so you know what to do and when
➡Dig into each project a little further, highlighting key tasks related to each project and when those need to take place
➡Wrap up and celebrate!
In order to get the most out of this process, we will ensure that there are at least 3 days in between our calls. This allows us both time to reflect and process the deep, targeted work we accomplished on our first call!
